To ensure top quality talent, we use our unique internal recruiting process to qualify all individuals submitted for positions. Founded as an Engineering Organization, we use our increased capacity to service our customers to provide on-site consultants. When our customers are finished with a staffing engagement, we often move these consultants to internal positions.
Our interviews are focused on technical abilities / knowledge and cultural fit. Rather than giving you stacks of resumes to sift through, we narrow down to the top three consultants for interviews with your team.
